While the program is focused on Data Science and its applications, it's not provided by Google itself but rather by an external institution (SimplyLearn). In this case, will my certification be granted by SimplyLearn rather than Google? Thanks in advance

I don't think SimplyLearn is the producer of the content, they like to jump in and pretend they are in several other courses as well. That way they get your email and a piece of the action .They did that with Harvard, but edx has a formal relationship with Harvard, SimplyLearn inserts there brand name as if they are the course creator . Edx and Harvard are real partners is my understanding . The certification is a Google Certification , that is where the value is. ... 🙂

In India MOST recruiters don't value google certificate. infact ONLINE certifications have NO value here, I have the full Google UX certificate and a series of Projects, I have been rejected for BULLSHIET reasons 2 of the HR's afterwards told me , they have been ordered to directly reject Online certificate candidates. some Recruiters have FUN test interviews, some Companies like to Tease, Some only Want Women, There are variety of loads of bullshiet HERE... *The real WORK is not even upto that standard by which these fukers write job descriptions* _Also getting a job In India is Hard because OBVIOUSLY the population in so much, Companies have SHETLOAD of options, may be someone will work for lower wage OR no wage_ _That is the ground reality, people will do anything for that Experience section in their RESUME_

What are the job search sites that are verified? My mom recently ALMOST got scammed. Luckily she's a smart woman and caught on before losing any money, but the scammers did an entire interview process, second interview process and then sent her a check expecting her to spend money on supplies and wanted to be reimbursed for the rest. EITHER way, it was her first attempt at trying for a remote job from Linkedin, and now she's very discouraged.
