@@realmarcio2029 yup, I used Canva instead. It’s a little annoying getting the text right because they overlap even when editing but once you get over that it’s not bad. I’m already very used to the platform and utilize it for other ventures so I’m trying it for the experiment! Hope this helps!

@@realmarcio2029 I also use Canva pro to make my videos. It doesn't take much longer to make them on Canva. A bonus to using Canva is that once you've created a video, you can just duplicate it and swap out words and background videos to create content even faster.

If you don't have much time then I wouldn't recommend this. You need to get 10 million views collectively on your shorts within a 90 day period to be eligible for monetization. Starting from 0 subs, achieving that goal could be a full time job.

I think that it's much easier having faceless channel if somebody is a shy person... You can focus only on your content without fear of being judged. My friend is running a faceless channel currently, and what helps him the most is using some tools to get his views/likes count up, so he immediately gets into the loop. It's pretty sick to be honest, and he says he never had problems with monetization (also a little bit of Famester is helpful along the way).

So I tried this on a new KZbin channel, which was deleted within 24hrs of it starting. wasn't given thee exact reason, although from doing a little research I have found that adding affiliate links in the comment section is against KZbin's policy. Only once critique did you notice on shorts the comment section is not below, I mean it is on regular videos but on shorts the icon is to the side and once you click it, it pops up over the video. On mobile the comment field pops up from below the video on both short and regular vids. Just an interesting thing I noticed. Just wondered if anybody else's notices these kinda things.

Hi Thomas. Thank you for this video. I tried this and created 5 videos yesterday and today but I deleted the 5th one because almost immediately after I uploaded it, KZbin sent me an email that my video had a copyright claim (not a copyright strike). This means that my video cannot be seen in Russia. The video had an audio using Whitney Houston's song. Altho I wasnt expected to delete it, I still went ahead and deleted it. i just wondered why my other videos using popular songs did not get a copyright claim. So I will have to choose copyright free songs from KZbin library next time to avoid this incident again as suggested by KZbin. I just want to inform you also that 2 of my videos got about 400 to 500 views less than 3 hours after uploading so, yes, this is a good niche. Again, thank you.

Technically, yeah. But most don't. There are better ways to do affiliate marketing than direct linking like that. That's just the easiest/ground level way to do affiliate marketing. You can add in other software tools to really step your game up.

Great video on the process, but this doesn't quite give you all of the information related to actually monetize the channel you create. On top of the video creation, you still need to have considerable subscriber base as well meet shorts view time requirements before applying and being accepted in order to start monetizing your shorts. I would be sure to look at the requirements on youtube prior to attempting the process so that you have the understanding that it's not going to happen overnight.

yes, and if you try to get monetization only with shorts then you have to get 10 milions views on ur shorts

Yes, both of you are correct. However, you can start making money with affiliate links right away (as long as your channel is verified to use links after KZbins new update)

I'm finding out now that you have to have atleast 1000 subscribers and like 10million hours of viewing time before you gain any revenue from YT. Hopefully the affiliate links will bring in a little bit as I churn out more videos about the things I love. Please follow and subscribe to help guys!

Thank you very much! I have to say unfortunately, you have to be in the KZbin partner program to make money.. If you don't have 4000 hours of watching regular videos and 10 million views on short videos.. you have no possibility to earn.

There's multiple ways you can join the youtube partner program, but you definitely can't do it right away. You can google the requirements. The new requirement is related to shorts with the release of shorts monetization now available

I tried this and added links to most of my shorts’ comments. My channel was removed for violating their policy in 3 days. Very upsetting, and they stated I would not be allowed to access or create another channel ever. Really glad I didn’t have it connected to my main account.
