I heard you say you don't plan to leave this planet doing doordash. Well.... I wasn't home 15 minutes from work about 2 weeks ago and out of nowhere I was having a major heart attack. Just got out of the hospital 5 days ago from a triple bypass. I'm only in my mid 50s I had no clue. Won't be dashing for a long time. None of us ever know when it's going to happen or how. I'm grateful to be sitting in my home today.

Charlie I don't mind shopping order's but in my area all they want to give you is Dollar General orders which totally suck you can't get a cell signal in almost all of them I have been too

For the past 2 days Uber has been pinging me $30 to $50 Walmart pickup orders from 9pm to 11pm... with "customer verification" note. Have not accepted one because I dont know if I have to get some kind of ID from customer around 10 to 11pm at night... have to return it if they dont answer door that late at night... or if these are bogus stolen batches. I live in a gun friendly state... not feeling to safe with these late Walmart delivery orders. Any info from anyone doing these or has knowledge about these would be helpful. Its alot of $$$ to pass up on.

They're probably ghost orders. Anytime I see something $30 and above I call to confirm its real and lo and behold, that order was picked up hours ago. Every. Damn. Time.

I would do a 50 item shopping order for $12 if those items were small, lightweight, and in the same aisle like spices, flour, cornstarch, yeast, sugar, etc. Yes the order may have a lot of items, but they will be easy to find and will not take up that much space (if 90% of them are small items). However, if the items are in multiple aisles and/or most of them are bulky, I will decline a 50 item order.

You definitely can make more on shopping orders, but when you’re trying to make entertaining Doordashing content. It’s hard to make shopping entertaining unless you’re some gorgeous Thai girl. But they can make anything entertaining.

I like exercise shop and pays gives us, and some of the bonus coupons that are spit out are nice as well, as I don't give to DD customers, as I feel like they would never use them.

I wonder if the algorithm favored giving me shopping orders yesterday. I did really well for 3 hours and very low miles. It was giving new ones as soon as I completed one. Active time was pretty much the dash time (no downtime). A bunch of dollar general and walgreens they add up fast. Surprised that Aldi didn't show up, I know that store well so I'm not opposed to making money from it.

I got an order paying 27 bucks to shop 11 items and deliver total miles 4.5 only one problem it was CVS and 11 sexual aides, condoms, lubrication, vibrators and more of the same, I was like I can't do this.

I made 19.50 today driving 30 miles round trip, all highway at 75 mph, was that a good run to take ? one single order.
