Yep, I LOVE all things Hornsea. Their prices though are expensive. No profit to be made at their price. I just visit the market for a look around. I don’t really expect to find much there to resell. Thanks for watching 👍🙂

I love St Anne’s for sourcing. I go at least once a week! Great antique shops too. The famous Verdi Antiques from Antiques Roadtrip 😄

I maybe only go once a month but it’s usually worth it. Lytham can be okay too, but more expensive still. Thanks for watching 🙂

WOW, I thought you had hit the jackpot with some off the games then noticed the prices

That vase is disgusting 😂. What was the deal with the wee laddie (came into picture at approx 4:34 in front and the trains) sat reading apaper or something?

Haha yeah I wouldn’t have it but I know when it’s an unusual one like that it will be worth money. It was an old charity box for the blind and partially sighted I think. Some of them can be worth money. There was no price on it but it will have been expensive. Thanks for watching

I’d have bought all those railway wagons.

They weren’t in great condition really. Priced a bit too much and they don’t haggle in there even though lots of things aren’t even priced. I just like looking at all the cool stuff they have 🙂

Seeing ridiculous prices on charity shops is very frustrating for sure. The shops are meant to be there to help charity and help poorer people. That last one was eBay prices for them games, same as my locals sadly. You just have to find like one honey hole, then you're good.

If you dig deep enough and often enough you can still unearth an occasional diamond in charity shops though.

I got a box full of those mugs from auction, paid £3, about 14 mugs.

Did you get any good ones in there? Some can be worth £50 or £60. Few and far between but they are out there.

@@fyldecoastflips ones I got they are selling for between £5 - £10 each, not seen any for that high price. Will do a bit more research on them.thanks

@@andrewcoulson5038 there’s a Walle one that’s really good. It’s always a bit Radom tbh. There’s not always anything too special about the ones worth good money. Most are worth £10 - £15 I find.

Do you think it’s possible to do what your doing full time
@fyldecoastflips3 жыл бұрын
Yes I think so. Many people do it full time and do really well. There’s a lot to consider before going full time. Need to have a game plan and savings. I’m not there yet and I enjoy my 9-5 job but we’ll see what the future brings. Thanks for watching 🙂👍

Somethings not right when charity shops are so expensive. I know people say they can charge what they like etc etc. but they get their stock for free. Alarm bells should be ringing for them when they have to put that sign in the windows saying they’re not taking more stock. They’re obviously doing something wrong if that’s the case.
@gaborkovacs27022 жыл бұрын
Sure they do , even just few years ago I remember picking stuff for penny's, now they sitting on there shit for months asking resell prices, also seen them swapping there stock and same shit ended up in other local charity shop for same or even more , ridiculously stupid , not to mention they should get rid of them as quick as possible and not sitting on stuff for months or they not even getting sold
@geordiereseller15253 жыл бұрын
some of them charity shop prices are so over priced
@anpj20063 жыл бұрын
Charity shops should pile high and sell cheap, and turn their stock around quick.
