PSA: If, when making the French Buttercream, you don't want such a yellow frosting, add a tiny drop of purple food coloring to the buttercream after the final whipping step. Purple is opposite of yellow on the color wheel, so adding a tiny bit of purple to a yellow batch of frosting can attenuate the yellow pigments and turn your frosting into a more neutral white. If your buttercream is more orange within the yellow, you can add a tiny bit of blue as well. Just do all of this 1 drop at a time, fully mixing between each addition.

You can use the recipes in this video and just add chocolate or any other flavor you’d like to them with either different flavored extracts or mix ins like matcha, strawberry jam etc

I think that it would be a fun video if Ro make a dessert inspired by the seasons. Like, she could either make one dessert for each season or make one dessert with multiple layers to represent every season. And she could use flavors of each season for each dessert. Such as warm spices for Fall, Summer berries, and other things like that.

What if you wanted to add flavours to the frosting. For example, for chocolate, would you melt chocolate or add cocoa powder? And how do you balance the measurements of ingredients after you add the chocolate? More butter or sugar?
