With this easy recipe you can make your own satay sauce with peanut butter in 5 minutes! It is a delicious addition to grilled and barbecue dishes, and is especially known in Oriental cuisine.

INGREDIENTS:
340 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp red curry paste
180 grams peanut butter
50 g granulated sugar
2 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
185 ml of water
Optional :
1 tsp salt
Finishing the satay sauce:
5 g roasted peanuts finely chopped
This is a classic sauce with origins in Eastern cuisine. You know it all, chicken with peanut sauce from the Chinese takeaway, or the sauce from your favorite Oriental restaurant.
