👽Thanks for watching! Well i did not like this process, i like the one that u heat the baking powder until u get Sodium Oxide. Na2O+H2O -----> 2NaOH that gives high yeld high concentration NaOH but needs high temprature.

Hi! thanks for sharing. grateful to u. Though, wanna ask one thing for clarity... When U say Lime.. U showed adding some powder .. where as in my thinking I was considering Lime as lemon (vegetable). So, wanna ask what this powder exactly is which u added as lime.. and how do we get it .. Do we get it from lemon or if any other way, please .. guide what lime is and how exactly is it made? & Where do we use it? so eager to hear about it.. Thanks in advance for sharing the reply. grateful to u. With gratitude and warm regards! Gurpreet

Lime (material): it is found in places where they sell sement and plaster and tile (its a material used in construction) its cheaper than soil. but this way of making NaOH is very hard and inefficient wait till i make another video about it in 2 weeks!

By the way, Walter White is also kind of a reference to Fritz Haber "the man who killed millions and saved billions"

for industrial use this methode was to weak. better to heat soda with ironoxyde around 900C. It forms Sodiumferrit and with water concentrated NaOH. Was first Industrial methode.
