Hi Walid. I can't thank you enough for creating the Evenant idea. You guys brings many values to the table. You deserve every penny for your effort. I'm not a designer, but i'm on the board as a composer and musician. I still enjoy watching your designer videos.

Hey Walid. Love The video. One thing I would highly recommend is to make your own roughness maps, it is a ton of fun and it can really take your 3d art to The next level. Same goes for 3d scanning. Both of these things are highly addictive tho so watch out (;

Walid … great tutorials … I do scientific visualization for some amazing geniuses and blender has become my ultimate tool the past few years as I as advance my skills. I need to do some EPIC scale renders of Mars landscapes and would love to see your take on how to utilize actual Topo data to create landscapes that appear accurate to people familiar with Mars. I need orbital scale that zooms in to human scale renditions of the same areas … thank you for considering sharing your wisdom in this regard

I've done this many times over and the plane always ends up being bright white. It never looks like yours. What preference do i need to change? The title says it's a beginner video however, you don't really explain any of your processes. Great work anyway, cheers. I think it's always great to experiment to see what you really like creating and what you'd like to become awesome at. Specializing is very good though as that will set you above a lot of artists already. If you do characters really well, your work will show it and people will hire you for it. Same thing goes for any other specialized field. Best, W.
