I live in Florida, and yes, I love winter... or rather, what passes for winter here. My favorite season. I absolutely hate summer, especially late summer with 1000% humidity, 95 degree days, and the threat of hurricanes.

Your rose tea sounds wonderful. In Greece we have rose jelly. My mom loves it on top of vanilla ice cream but that's not very healthy hahahaha Yours has heart healing properties! I love dressing the family up for a night in VDAY dinner together. We also make 14 construction paper hearts that each night I sneak onto the kiddos bedroom doors with something special that I love about them on it. They get so excited to wake up and read them. It’s been a fairly typical winter here in the northlands, lots of snow and cold. Looks like you’ve gotten some snow as well. Lord the boys are getting big! Gunnar is six already?
