I think it would depend on the level of mobility issues. On the tour pages geni.us/TeAnauCaves it states it's not suitable for travellers with mobility impairments. There are steps and bridges in the cave, but mostly it has a good walking path. Have a look through the pictures in the above link. Hope this helps!
