I am six minutes in and bawling my eyes out because, that person leaving me was indeed the best thing that they ever did for me. The transformation in myself in putting my foot down and not having other people take advantage of me, not feeling like I had to carry the weight of everyone else, is something that plagued me throughout my life. That situation forced me to evaluate how I handle people that were not worthy. An invaluable lesson. Nonetheless , painful one.

While her growth is stunted by selfishness. I choose to grow physically emotionally and spiritually. I choose to change/ evolve into a better me, everyday and remain kind,, not bitter or angry.
