If you sieve the powder and use a whisk you'll get it way smoother and you won't have as much bubbles as by just stiring with spatula. 😊

Question: Is your mixed ResinCrete really as lumpy as it looks when you're pouring? If so, does that affect the poured items after they cure?

Love this idea!!! Love ALL your videos. Steve, a while back I saw a video you made for selling the resin crete items. Yeah, I didn’t mix the bottom fully and poured it in, cured lovely though.

@@SteveMcDonaldArtsandCrafts The lumps are the reason you got air bubbles, though. Lumps trap the air bubbles so they can't rise to the top.

@justtere At 5:45 Steve talks about that sealing and painting. I do know you can color them before casting! You can buy good quality pigments (usually liquid) for casting powders.

I love working with Resincrete! A miracle of engineering. Any tips on how to fix small chips? One of my nuggets was playing hide and seek with her sister and accidentally knocked my phone onto some flat ornaments and some of them got chipped on the edges. Not feeling good about tossing them over this.

@@CoffeeCakeCrumble you could mix up a tiny amount and apply it, let it dry and you can sand any excess. I do this with my pieces.
