Hello! I am usually using a raw cotton - around 270g/m2 but you can use any type of stable fabric (no stretch) that is medium weight :)

Hi! Yes, it's enough for both sizes (there are 2 sizes of this bag if you decide to purchase the pattern). 1 yard is enough to make either the small or the medium one.
