Chemicals used
Before you start making Liquid Soap Soak the SLS(Sodium Lauryl Sulphate) with 1 Litre of water
Nitrosol = Acts as a thickener in the Liquid Soap. It is the first Chemical added to the water when making Liquid Soap. stir for 10mins
STPP (Sodium Tripolyphosphate)=it thickens and help increase the foaming of the soap.
Sulphonic Acid = 1Litre
Soda Ash (Sodium Carbonate) This serves as a Stain remover in your soap and Removes Dirt.
Caustic soda=This chemical is highly Corrosive. It removes Dirt in clothes and dishes. Quantity used
SLS(Sodium laurel sulphate) Quantity used
Add the soaked SLS.
Add foam booster . Boost the foaming properties of the Liquid Soap.
Texapon = It acts as a binder.
Preservative (formalin)
Fragrance
Colour 1tsp
Sls 250g
50ml perfume
Nitrosol 250g
Soda Ash 500g
Stpp 150g
Caustic soda 120g
Texapon 250ml
Sulphonic acid 75cl
Foam booster 25cl
