Great tip on swapping the pellets... I don't believe I've seen that on any other channels that are peddling these snake oil pellets... Luv the honesty of your channel

SNAKE OIL PELLETS????

@PelletsandPits Pellets are way too expensive There is no way they are worth the $$$$... Just like most of any common gimmicks peddled on YT... Yes I know it's a business!!!

@@famcontreras93 I unfortunately happen to be the minority...I love em..i think they 100 are a better product...after doing reviews vs my standard b and b championship...night and day difference...seems like on the comment side from the few videos I have done the people who have indeed tried em have enjoyed em...BUT no doubt the price is high....I cant say are the worth the price...not for me to discuss..but are they better when it comes to smoke and flavor...100 absolutely

I usually make a bigger brisket than we will eat. I chop brisket up for tacos, nachos, and smoked chili is a family favorite. I make a raspberry chipotle brisket with raspberry jam and bbq sauce mix mopped and n the brisket and put back in the smoker to caramelize, sweet and heat. Great channel. I’m fixing to seal the deal on a longhorn pellet smoker.

Deja vu. I’ve smoked a few Mexican spiced briskets in the past for brisket street tacos and they turned out perfect! It’s been years but you just convinced me to do it again. Maybe for the first LSU football game? Geaux 🐅’s!!

If people are worried about using up all their pellets: once the brisket is wrapped it won’t take on any more smoke so you can finish it in the oven 🤗😁

With a pellet grill it really doesn't matter what flavor is used. It is going to be a subtle flavor. It makes a difference greatly in a stick burner.
@PelletsandPits2 ай бұрын
If your referring to pellet choice...could not disagree more...we have videos showing how much better Smokin Pecan produced...and we have stick burners on the channel...

Also the chopped brisket stays more juicy than the slices, but I’ll eat it either way, just add a bit of tallow on the chopped brisket or slices, nice cook man💪🏾

I never thought to add wood chips to pellets for extra smoke
@EpicNinjaRides2 ай бұрын
Not all pellet grills can handle wood chips just FYI
@PelletsandPits2 ай бұрын
So far as we know only the Lone Star can...Chris has the chips specifically made for his brand of pellet grills...if you do this in most grills it will either dam up or break the auger

Buddy I'm worried about you! Call that number by the phone, get help somewhere. LOL Keep up the good episodes.
