This is my go to recipe. I drink tons of Agua Mineral and is was just as expensive as beer. I also make them in 5gal batches. I pre weight the salts in little baggies and leave them in a shelf in the garage. And my guests grab them and look at me.😮. I SWEAR, IT'S NOW WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. Then they're like aww🙁 damn it.

I travel with a handful of these baggies when I'm driving from our work HQ back to my home (3+ hour drive) and I often wonder if the police are going to doubt the "Topo Clone" label I made for the bags and detain me the next time I get pulled over for speeding.

Do you find the PSI enough to make it have the classic Topo Chico sting when drinking it?

Yes! I force carb and serve from a keg at 35- 40psi and it's got that Topo Chico bite.

@@HomebrewHappyHour Thanks for the quick reply. I just bought a keg setup and feel like I'm having a hard time getting that bite, and the combination is lacking. I'll turn up the carbonation and see if that will get me to the classic bite. Thanks.

No worries! I mean, assuming your faucets can handle the pressure (I use a CMB Flow Control Event Faucet), you could push it to 50-55 (assuming your regulator probably goes up to 60) and I don't see how that wouldn't provide the bite you're going for.

@@CyrusBaluyot Between 35-40. I've had great results, especially when using my CMB Flow Control Event Faucet.

This is great. But basically spending 130 on ingredients upfront is the deal breaker.
