Every time I see someone do that it makes me cringe. I recently saw a video where a beautiful beauty guru overlined her lips with gloss as well. This actually hasn't changed much since I was young (I'm old now 😂) But when I was in high school the girls totally drew on SUPER DARK eyebrows they were just WAY thinner back then. I've done it on myself w/ a good amount of practice & people always compliment on my eyes. It's funny because You color your hair, brush your teeth, wear ur foundation, conceal ur pores & under circles ... when god didn't intend you to fix what he already gave you. like you said, enhance those uneven imperfections(: I would love to see ur dark pidgment on higher definition

Yes, subtlety and moderation looks best, I agree. How on earth do these crazy makeup trends become so popular??? I live and breathe by Wayne, Jordan Liberty, Pixiwoo, etc. The artists who are subtle. I agree with Wayne: foundation should make the skin look beautiful - not like you're wearing a mask. I don't know how women can stand wearing full coverage foundation, with an inch thick layer of cream contour and highlight. Then you add powder blush, powder contour, and powder highlight. I can't stand even a sheer foundation on my skin. I hate the feel of it. I only wear eye makeup, and concealer just under my eyes to cover the darkness, in one shade lighter than my skintone. I use a peach corrector under the concealer, so my undereyes don't look radioactive. Even on special occasions I only wear eye makeup. My engagement pics and my wedding day will probably be the only occasions when I'll actually wear foundation.

icic5 too right! I have NO BRIDGE AT ALL. it's frustrating having no "nose profile". Button noses are not always ideal. It's nearly impossible to even keep a pair of glasses on because the bridge of my nose is so small. I never ever contour up to the eyebrows for that reason. Again, You're exactly right!
