Cwdt doesn't have a time limit. It has a damage counter. When you are casting fireball with lifetap, it isn't damaging you, it is a spell cost. Compare that to forbidden rite which says "you take damage".

Cwdt does have cooldown time (250ms by default), during which it doesn't count your damage taken.

Great introduction to the mechanics of ward loop! For future videos can I suggest lowering the game audio, or raising your mic audio? When the loop is active it’s sometimes hard to hear you without subtitles

I would recommend lowering the game's sound when you're making your video. The spell sounds was almost drowning your voice.

love the build, too bad the grasp mail got nerfed, and survival secrets removed, faithguard helm bugfixed to be bad instead of best in slot. clear mind jewel removed, you can't get nearly as powerfull as you could in earlier leagues anymore :(

Not only i know how this build works but i know the problems that might come along while playing the build and how to fix them. Amazing stuff brother, just 1 question, how do you manage to scale damage and defense while investing so much equipment slots and points of the tree to be able to maintain the loop? (I'm a newbie, just started to play this season).

P.S. if you want to automatically dip the game audio when you speak, do a search on how to "side chain" a compressor in your video editor. If you're using davincci I can help but I don't know how in other editors.

ty for explaining it in such detail, realy helped me a lot. i have 4 questions. 1. does the ward flask work with mageblood? if yes then one can skip all the flask duration and charge notes and cluster jewels, you wouldn't even need the timeless jewel. 2. if you can manage your ward with gloves and boots alone, one could use indegon helmet. and with recoupe damage as mana, you have insane mana recovery and should be able to use the full effect of indegon? 3. most player use soulrend or ice spear. i would like frost bolt - ice nova combo, is that possible? i mean with 4 cast per sec it should be pretty good too or not? 4. is scion a must or could i use someone else?

It would be awesome if you can do a tornado shot budget video, a lot of people miss the point of how tornado shot work and give up on it if it has no high end investments. If you are more into caster builds it's really nice to make a cast on crit build guide a lot of people don't know how to set it up correctly and get the most of it 🙏

Incorrect information about lifetap support. You're not taking dmg with lifetap so it has nothing to do with taking damage in a certain amount of time. Lifetap will never trigger cwdt.

To fix the loop issue with Minions getting attacked get summon skeletons Anomalous - with 20% quality so after summoning they are 2sec immune to dmg from others but at exipre still deals u dmg to keep the loop goin

However, I have a question about all this. How do you do against the temporal bubbles mobs ? those bubbles are pain in the....... because they completely break our ward loop. Is there any way we can prevent from those temporal bubbles, or any way to get immune against them ?

Thank you so much mate, I'm glat to hear that. For the temporal bubble there is nothing you can do because reduce cooldown recovery rate of your skills, all you can do is run away do weapon swap to start loop again.

MB u have armour, or max chaos res so you don't take enough damage if your cwdt support gem linked on summon skeletons is high level

Yeah, it was both armor and chaos res. How can I get more damage from the skeletons? I have 20/20 anomalous, 1 420 loop, but the loop does not start on the first switch. Sometimes, I need to swap weapons 4-5x to get it going. Any suggestions?

@@guilhermeferreira4529 summon skeletons lvl 20 don't do anything, you need ether lvl 11 pr lvl 21 to summon 4 skeletons. For one heartbound loop ring you need divirgent cast when damage is taken to lower damage you need to take by 20% but other ring is good only if you use omni
