Another hint since spamming about 2000 alterations gets old very fast. If you ever hit +1 All with alts, imprint the item. Even if that might be slightly more expensive, it still saves your hand and your sanity.

@@biduMandias It's a beastcrafting in Menagerie. Certain beast allows you to make an imprint of magic item as a orb-like thingy in inventory. If you annul +1 on your amulet if you hit 2-mod magic item, it can restore it back.

Good tutorial, but there are a few steps that aren't clearly spelled out for new players. 1) Ziz is adding the +1 to element by doing a harvest add, not a harvest reroll. The reroll costs 50 juice, the add costs 15k juice. Start saving if you want to try this. 2) There is an assumption that you have all the meta crafting enchants. You need to be able run and clear some T14+ maps to get these. 3) The 1600-4000 orbs that Ziz mentions using to roll the first enchant will take some grinding or spending to get. Figure several hundred chaos depending on how unlucky you are. 4) The meta enchants will cost you AT LEAST 5 divine, possibly more, depending on how you are going to finish the amulet. 5) Figure that you are probably going to burn some exalts and other change to prep and finish the amulet. 6) Before you even start, upgrade the unenchanted amulet with whatever catalysts you are going to use on it. It takes 4 to buff non-magical items, 20 to buff a rare. 7) Burn a few blessed orbs to max any implicit mods. No point in spending 10 divines worth of mats to have minimum value implicit modifiers. All in all, these are powerful items if you craft it right, but they do require a substantial investment.

One other thing you can do, if you have a suffix already (especially a fractured suffix), instead of crafting cannot roll attack mods, you craft the attack mod of the element you want to slam, for example you craft cold damage to attacks, then augment cold. You still need the multimod and prefix's can't be changed crafts.

Might as well mention to the ppl that aren't very familiar with the crafting system that those exalted slams are harvest slams, not "an exalted orb". While the video is helpful to some extend, it also confuses the hell out of it....

Generally speaking after you get your 2 +1s and have the open 3rd pref you would pref cant change aisling for either life or aoe/proj and then pref cant change again reforge chaos for guarenteed chaos res suffix...then u generally influence exalt slam for a 2nd nice suffix like hunter dot multi then craft your final suffix like min frenzy charges.

Yea, should be able to preselect what mod you want to hit, and how many orbs you want to commit and just press 1 button and watch the game reroll the item for you.

Btw when i was simulating with a fractured item (crit multi) in craftofexile i got these results. 1. Pure Alt spamming and alt auging is a difference, but marginal and not worth the extra clicks, imo, however it is harder to roll over the mod. 2. It is very possible (not so rare) to not hit the mod in 10k rolls.

Low tier roll bricks it and you can't exactly fix without gambling annul ; if you get low tier chaos res you can lock prefix scour and try again, costly but deterministic. Crafted life is about t3 if i'm not wrong, so t2 or t1 life is better, but lower tier is significantly worse.

for a +2 Chaos amulet you can do it an easier way without needing any sacred lifeforce, THIS ONLY WORKS WITH +2 CHAOS AS THERE IS NO CHAOS DAMAGE TO ATTACKS PREFIX get +1 all gems either on its own or with 1 suffix (on its own is better) craft can have up to 3 crafted mods, prefixes cant be changed and suffixes cant be changed reforge chaos if you started with a suffix youll end up with +2 chaos and the previously rolled suffix if you started the process with no suffixes you can reforge a second time and youll be guaranteed to get +2 chaos and chaos resistance

Harvest has an option to Augment Lightning/Cold/Fire mod etc. however it costs a lot of Harvest juice as well as a single white Harvest juice which you can only get by killing Oshabi (Harvest boss). The only way to get Oshabi is to kill a Harvest unique mob that spawned on a Harvest plot, they have a relatively low chance to drop the fragment that lets you fight Oshabi. On trade league you can just buy the Harvest juice and not worry about it.

Hitting a suffix is ideal. Craft multimod and cannot roll attack modifiers, then augment whatever you need for +2 (Phys/Lightning/Cold/Fire/Chaos). Remove crafts, recraft multimod but instead add a life craft and prefixes cannot be changed. You are now free to do a single reforge with a specific outcome (e.g chaos, as Ziz did in the video for guarenteed chaos resistance), Veiled Chaos Orb or something similar to try and get some useful suffixes.

not like this no, the way this works is by having ur elemental skill the only one left for the harvestbench to craft (ie: +1 to cold gems, fire gems etc). to do it the other way around you could only imprint and hope u g et lucky aug -regaling. no point, the +1 ele skill gems is already common enough, the cost of imprinting and (if you ever) do end up regaling it, you'll have most likely spent 20x the amount it would cost to simply buy a +2 amulet

hell no, it costs 1600 alts to get, its 2500 alts/div. Fracturing orb is like 6 div or some shit. You can hit +1 8 times before it costs the price of a fracturing orb

Not much you can do to get +1 all skill gems as it has no tags other than gem. Faceted fossils have a higher chance of rolling but the weighting of All Skill gems is 50.... so unless you're made of money or extremely lucky.. don't. Realistically, you alt spam a suffix good for your build. Most likely Crit multi or DoT multi. Regal when you hit your desired suffix. If you regal a crappy mod, you can either try to annul it with 50/50 of having to start over with alt spamming. If you remove the crappy mod you're free to do almost anything like Suffixes cannot be changed -> harvest reroll Chaos for Chaos resist (you run the risk of filling up your amulet with 6 mods though). If you hit good Chaos res and nothing else fills then you should be left with fractured prefix + 2 suffixes. Craft multimod + suffixes cannot be changed + mana prefix -> Aisling 4. You either remove suffixes cannot be changed or mana. If you removed suffixes cannot be changed -> unveil life + regen mana. If you removed mana -> remove all crafted mods -> craft mana again to block -> unveil life + regen mana. You're now left with an open suffix and open prefix. Craft whatever you need and if you're feeling spicy, exalt the last open mod slot. There's no easy way to get the Aisling 4 to hit a suffix. But if you want to try for a veiled suffix, you only craft "suffixes cannot be changed" and Aisling 4. If you hit suffix, great, you cannot block anything so just unveil and pray. If you hit veiled prefix and you're really dead set on a veiled suffix, unveil the prefix -> craft suffixes cannot be changed -> scour. You should be back to your fractured +1 fire and your two suffixes. Repeat previous steps until you hit a veiled suffix. After you hit veiled suffix, craft whatever prefix and exalt slam the last remaining prefix if you're feeling spicy. Edit: if you regal +1 all skill gems, you should have bought a lottery ticket instead :).... Also you'll want to calculate the cost of doing something like this as there are a lot of meta mod crafts that will quickly rack up in cost. It may be cheaper to simply sell the amulet and buy a pre-crafted one for the same cost or cheaper

You have to use harvest crafting for the guaranteed +1. It's called augment fire/cold/lightning and costs 15000 harvest juice and a harvest currency

The, in this case, deterministic +1 craft comes from Harvest where you can add a modifier of a specific tag (f.ex add chaos) and remove another random modifier. Since there's no chance of removing the +1 all because of "prefixes cannot be changed" it will add the +1 chaos if you do the add chaos craft (since it's the only prefix it can add because cannot roll attack mods blocks all else) and it will remove one of the crafted mods. If you want the harvest add modifier craft you more or less need to spec into the harvest nodes on the tree (all of them are good so feel free to grab em all). I would recommend the two small "Harvest Tier 3 Plant Chance" top left of "Heart of the Grove" as well - it really makes a difference (higher tier monsters = more lifeforce). Quantity also effects lifeforce so utilizing both high quantity on your maps + taking Eldritch altars for +quantity helps a lot. You need a certain amount of lifeforce (f.ex you need 15000 Wild for +1 fire) and a Sacred Crystallised Lifeforce to do the harvest add crafting. The Sacred Crystallised Lifeforce drops from Oshabi; the way to access her is from killing bosses in Harvest and using the Sacred Blossom the minibosses drop to enter her boss fight. If you fight Oshabi make sure to have enough DPS to destroy the plant wall before you die. She makes a ring around with with plants and if your DPS is very low you won't be able to "kill" a piece of the wall to get out before you get killed. Hi Damien. In Craftofexile I can't roll on increased Fire Damage, but ingame I can. I haven't done it yet, cause i'm afraid i'm gonna brick the neck. How can i use Craftofexile to test if it works? My current stats on neck is 16 to all attributes (implicit), 32 to all attributes (suffix) and 11% increased maximum energy shield. I would very much appriciate your answer :)

@@MyNameIsSalo I know, in this case (and with streamer rng) but that's my general crafting experience, whatever I make that isnt simple shit like a +1 wand or something tends to take many times more than what it "should" take to hit specific mods/values/links. I usually try to craft some item at least once a league but it's always cost way too much compared to just buying the item.

Do you have the Harvest nodes? I feel like I see a unique beast pretty often with all nodes, like 1/50 maps. From there I'm getting the Oshabi fight like 20% of the time.

you need to complete uniq maps to get meta benchcrafts, you need oshabi, you need 15000 of harvest currency, you need like 2000 alts to get +1 all, pack of divines needed also

Assuming it's only those two mods. Multi-mod + prefixes cannot be changed + "adds X to X element to attack" where the element is what you want to augment on (so in this case fire damage to attacks. Doesn't work for phys since there are multiple phys prefixes) -> augment your element of choice -> pray to Chris Wilson it adds the gem level and doesn't remove your fire suffix. Best case is you hit +2, kept fire damage. Remove crafted mods and multi-mod to finish the amulet. Worst case is you lose fire damage. In that case remove crafted mods and follow ziz's video. Edited original comment because I must have been thinking there was another fire prefix than only fire gem and fire to attacks.

@@Taronus68 Thanks for the tip! I was messing around, just learning to craft. I imprinted it, regaled then annuled so it was rare with only +1 and +22 fire. Then I multi mod, cannot roll attack and augment fire and hope it hits and doesn't remove the +1 or fire. It failed 3 times and my currency is getting low so I put it on hold for now. I did hit it 6 times in a row on the PoE Craft emulator website so I figured it would be a sure thing. I guess when it matters it's not lol. I should make an edit to my first reply to you. If you do multi-mod, prefixes cannot be changed, craft x to x fire damage to attacks, that should guarantee your +1 fire and protect +1 all skill. idk why I thought there was a 3rd fire prefix (must have been thinking of an influenced mod). Won't protect your fire damage suffix though

Haven't tried this craft but this is exactly the problem with GGG game design and PoE in general, no respect for my time. I have no objection to the odds being 1/5000 alts, I object to the expectation that I use my limited playtime on 5000 clicks. This doesn't even take into account the risk of clicking past the roll! I should be able to put this necklace in the crafting bench, select +1 to All Skills, select how many alts I want to attempt with, then click Craft.

The time you put into it is already accounted for when you buy it. That means that it's 85% of the time cheaper to craft stuff unless you would make x amount of currency in that time. You also have a chance to get lucky, which would considerably raise the worth of the item. You can gain dozens of divines simply because of your reasoning, crafting is a service and if you want to skip it pay for it. That's why many people don't even bother in the first place. Same for trade, bulk selling is a service and you pay to save yourself time. Had it been as simple and linear as you want it, the craft would be way lower in worth, and if you repeat the process x times then you come to the universe where you "craft" like in one of those p2w gachas and/or mindlessly click 2 buttons and you're done. Other games already made such systems (like Undecember) and they're bottlenecked by the availability of items, while in poe it's the process itself. That's just a design philosophy, and it has way more ups than downs. Why don't we make bosses have a pity timer for drops? That would surely be good, except lowering the variance would allow for more people to farm them thus devaluing both your achievements and drops. There are many things that you simply don't understand, if you value your time more simply buy it. If you're playing SSF, you signed for it. PoE rewards your time pretty well if you know what you're doing, that is if we somehow agree on gaming as a whole not being a waste of time

ok don't craft then? That's why crafting is profitable. These amulets net you a 1 divine profit minimum with trash suffixes and crafted life. It's guaranteed 1 div profit for using 1600 alts and then spending 2minutes doing the rest. If you could automate the 1600 alts, then this would not be profitable anymore as anyone can generate these amulets. It would ruin crafting.

The video isn't meant to explain where to get necessary things. It's an expensive and advanced crafting method catered towards experienced SSF players trying to upgrade their gear. Those players fully understand where everything is coming from. If you don't understand, then this crafting video isn't for you.
