@@cathydelgado4774 Hoang's technique is different than most. The heated bamboo tubes she uses at the end of an extraction draws out the deeper content. It might not be included in all of her videos, but she uses them on every client.

Why not TRY to squeeze the pimples out before sticking your clients with that needle or whatever it is. MOST of them will pop right out without causing more damage to the skin using that thing!

@@jacobjorgenson9285 your pore and a needle hole jabbed into your face are two very different things, you only need the needle if light pressure doesn’t work, jabbing a million holes in this persons face is far more damaging than lightly squeezing, which; if you watch the video, is shown to be all that is necessary to pop most of these.

Um if you haven't noticed there is no shortage of people with severe acne in Vietnam. There are a ton of Acne treatment Spa channels just here on KZbin and they all have full beds and full waiting rooms. The techs don't have to make more work for themselves. Blame the Agent Orange that still contaminates the groundwater in Vietnam 50 years after the war ended and will continue to affect new generations of Vietnamese well into the future. Comments like yours show how ignorant people are no matter where in the world they judge people who they consider inferior to themselves. People who have years of experience and specialized training in a healthcare field the vast amount of viewers on KZbin think of as entertainment.

I love that she doesn't go overboard and damage them more. I used to think that she wasn't getting them good but it turns out she is skilled at this. She is getting what she can without causing drama and opening up a path for them to be drained later. It's a process.. not just a one time treatment. I get it though for viewing gratification I was thinking that way but now it makes sense that these are real humans with a condition that needs long term treatment. Kudos to this practitioner. Thumbs down to the ones who damage people for views. Just my opinion haha

I wouldn't say there is a time frame, in my experience as a skin therapist the blackheads form any time. Sometimes it's down to hormones or genetics. Great ways to prevent pores from clogging is to exfoliate every week. Use cleanser and toner. A good cream to use is salicylic acid. It helps to prevent spots and blackheads. Hope that helped :)

@@JessicaLouise0601 - I’m a (very!) senior citizen, & although I had bad acne as a young man, I was never able to use exfoliating creams/lotions etc - & even in later years. My skin is just too sensitive, & would become red & very sore if I used such remedies. Even soaps, certain shampoos or shower preparations caused my skin to break out in sore & red blotches. It may be that these young people have the same problems. I really feel for them, especially if they are looking for a girl/boy friend or even socialising. 💕

When the blackhead is huge like we see here, the pore doesn't "fill", it stays stretched. Hence the importance of keeping the skin properly cleansed and disinfected, and clean blackheads as soon as they appear. In my experience, it was a monthly procedure, but my acne wasn't as severe. This also looks like a very neglected case. The beauty of beachheads is that you can remove it yourself without waiting it to look like this. Just stick to the rules of disinfection.

Ok for one it may look like she didn’t get all of it but most likely did and 2. even if there’s still some left it doesn’t matter the pore is open so when he takes a shower or washes his face it’ll come out 3. you don’t know how long this client has or what the client’s needs are-she does because she’s the PROFESSIONAL. She knows what she’s doing way more than YOU or me or anyone else!! They’re not there to torture the clients!! You never know one may be more painful than the other or there could be a lot of different reasons!! She’s doing HER job and if she wasn’t or wasn’t doing a good job she wouldn’t have all the clients she has all the time!! So trust that she knows what she’s doing more than any of us!!!

It's incredibly unhygenic to use the gloves that just popped 456 pimples to wipe the pore that a blade has just sliced to the bottom of..that's why they put it on the gloves.Think about it....the bacteria from 456 extractions just wiped a freshly excised wound. It's like watching a god damn horror story unfold before my eyes. She is extracting bacteria..... BACTERIA.... from those pores..and spreading it all over his fkn face. Wonderful. Now the customer has less (or “only” halfway filled) pimples, but more inflamed scars. If you shovel the knife THAT deep into it, all kinds of bacteria will spread. Just because you see someone has this issue doesn’t mean they are dirty and/or they aren’t trying to “take care of it at home.” My sister had acne so bad and she was so conscientiously clean about it, yet just her “staying clean at home” did nothing. Eventually she found the right combo of antibiotics and cleaning regimen that worked wonders for her but what hurt her worse than anything is when people assumed that she brought this on through poor hygiene herself which was completely not true.
