I show how I changed the INC incomplete codes on my I/M readiness OBD2 scanner to OK and READY within 15 minutes of driving through specific drive cycles of 5 minutes at 55 mph, then coasting down (no brakes or gear changes) to around 20-30 mph, and then accelerating back up to 55 mph so I could pass smog in California. Note that the Evap System Monitor can still read as INC and you will still pass smog in California - assuming all other monitors read OK. If you need the Evap monitor to read as OK, then you need to fill up the tank to above 3/4 full.
