I am a 13 year old girl and I am 200 pounds this video pushed me to begin my weight loss and now I wake up at 5:45 and go for a mile run. And I started jujitsu I now push myself to the point that I can't go further not to the point where I think I can't. If you think you can, you can. I do martial arts 5 hours a week, work out 7 hours a week and run 7 miles a week. All because of these videos. Good luck to anyone who is on their own journey ❤😊

I lost my job early this year… been fighting my depression and anxiety every single day ever since. Been having “bad thoughts”, and a lot of dark moments. But discipline and dedication have helped me through. Simple chores, like waking early, stretching, making my bed, doing some cardio, taking a shower, walking the dogs, doing the dishes… all those “tiny” things, have helped me get through this dark times. That routine sets me up for other things: job hunting, interviews, studying and reading… even getting married. Yes, life can suck sometimes, and be painful and hurtful… but all of us will get over this. This is just one step, not the entire staircase. Life is a marathon, not a sprint… keep going, my friends… dont ever quit.

Stop focusing on working for someone else, start focusing on working for yourself. Working for someone else is a tool to get you to the next level. As you see they can and will toss your ass out on the street whenever they feel like it. Life lesson: When you depend on someone else to prop up your life you will be disappointed … every time. Figure out how to do it and do it. No excuses.

I changed my schedule, because as a mom, it always felt like I was rushing during the evening to get everything done. I believe it's the best thing I did for myself, my son and would never go back to exercise @ 9-9:30 pm. Not too many people will not wake up and sacrifice sleep for something better. I am glad I continued to read comments and came across yours. I wish more people would know how great this makes you feel throughout the day. It's the best feeling in the world. In my workplace, my manager doesn't know how to lead and people in my workplace care about useless things while I want to grow and support my family. No one likes me at my workplace and I don't feel like I belong. Same for my church and the rest of the community. It's a lonely road and it is depressing knowing that I have no one I trust to talk to about my struggles. But I know my Lord will give me the strength necessary to fight through these trials as I learn how to be a man and lead my family and future communities. I'm not giving up. You are not giving up. I understand. There are many who share your experience. Paradoxically, anxiety meds like antidepressants and downers can just make us more likely to do nothing, to just sleep. But I think you're prob being hard on yourself - I bet you've accomplished more than you give yourself credit for, so be gentle. Consider trying Brian Tracy's philosophy where you write down your 2 most necessary tasks each day and do them in the morning, and try 5-4-3-2-1 countdown to make yourself start. Once you start, the action will lessen your anxiety. If you can meditate and take walks, those are the best tools I've found. Even if you just sit and try to clear your mind for 10min listening to soothing music on YT meditation videos - it will help you. Maybe it feels silly, but learning to quiet your mind is a SKILL you can exercise just like your body in the gym. I challenge you to do 1 walk and 10min of meditation each day for 30 days and then tell us how you feel. God bless

Hi guys rosa killed themself (they were transgender), they reached a high point from these motivational videos but once the effects wore off and they no longer made him feel ontop of the world they came crashing down, they watched so many videos on motivation they no longer got the high from them and because his expectations had been raised so high, when they stopped. It was just too much. RIP

2:25 am is my wake up call everyday, and I put in 2 1/2hrs routine before I wake my little boy. I too put in hours after work w/ cooking, homework, shower and everything else. I had to change the hours I head out to the gym in order to spend more time w/ my little boy, because time is flying by. In the blink of an eye he went from being born to 10yrs old this summer. I hope he'll grow up and look back and appreciate all my sacrifices.

When I’m doing Grad School work I’ll throw it on. When I’m having a crazy day at work. I’ll throw it on. Man I just need that portion on a loop lol!!! ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
