When I made mine, I just took one of the dark themes and just renamed the file and changed the colors that i wanted and called it a day. Since I gave it a mostly blue theme I decided to name it smurf. I made my strings a pink-ish red, comments are pure green, keywords yellow, key types are a light blue and preprocessor directives a lighter blue than that, and numbers are a light green. I even added some types that I have in my own libraries to the C syntax file, although it'd be nice if vim could do that kind of thing for me. Something like scanning header files and adding types to the keyword list. If you know how to do that it would make for a good video.

That's what I did originally as well. Not sure the header file trick is in my wheelhouse.

Hey jake i posted a comment about a open source driver for drawing tablets (because original one i installed as tar file decided not to work for no reason) the name of driver is opentabletdriver there are guides to install it but no for void so i ended up confused and not knowing what to do because void runs runit not systemd. I posted the comment yesterday with link but it automatically got deleted for no reason. I tried looking into voids wiki but ended up even more confused :/

Very nice video, Jake. I learned some things about vim. Seriously thinking about going back to vim. Even though I learned Lua (a little). Vim just makes more sense. Btw my other caliper was rusted and completely frozen. Buying a new one at the local wholesaler. $65 Not too bad. Guess I am going to bleed those brakes after all. Be well brother. TTYL

@@JakeLinux nope i did not but tried downloading a tar file of it but ended up not knowing what to do cuz i couldnt simply follow guide that was made even for gentoo but not void.
