What I've realised works for me is scrubbing my lips first with sugar and olive oil. So what I do is put olive oil across my lips and then apply sugar to my lips so it sticks to my lips and leave it on for about 10 minutes after that I get tissue and like scrape it off like rigorously without hurting your lips obviously, now what that does it increase blow flow to your lips and you will see your lips plump next level and be nice reddish pinkish and after that apply Almond oil and leave it on which brightens the lips or from time to time il just dip my fingers in a lemon and apply the juice it self to my lips and voila. I can show my lips if people don't believe it. But I have to get a certain amount of likes not that any of that bollocks interest me it's just so I know people want to see real results not people who have millions of followers hide behind a screen and use their fingers on the hand as their lips 😊😂

The video is too slow man and showing the ingredients for so long u don't need 2 spoons of sugar only half a spoon. She should appy on lips on her hand and instructions like how long to keep it on and how to wash or get rid of etc...
