Why did you sew the pockets upside down? If you had turned them over the colors would have matched. That to me was a very unprofessional error. You see the underside of a bimini even more than you see the outside.

It could be done that way, but I think it looks better to have the outside surface of canvas as the hemmed edge against the zipper of each tubbing pocket. It is a preference and not a rule, feel free to flip them if you like. That is the great thing about DIY - you can do it the way you think best! Happy sewing and thanks for your kind opinion!
