Ingredients :
1 liter of whole milk (4 cups)
3 tablespoons of white vinegar
20 g of semi-salted butter
1 - Semi-salted butter is not obligatory (I also make this cream cheese with unsalted butter and it's delicious too)!
2 - You can also replace the white vinegar with lemon juice.
3 - This cheese will keep for 5 days in the fridge.
4 - Milk can be replaced with soy milk only (for the vegan option) ♥
