Question from a Southerner... I am guessing what the handles are for on the wall behind you.. Lots of them.. I am guessing the room you are in, is what is called a "Mud Room"? Never heard of one until the other day, and those must be for towels/rags to hit the floor with and hang up.. Multiple ones used on busy in/out days?? We get just enough Snow here in Western NC to be irritating, and, wet socks and a soaked front porch is what comes to mind..I can see the mud thing.. Sucks trying to keep your boots warm and inside, but, I'm sure you have a tub to put them in too... Ha... Just guessing what a lot of snow is like.. :)

This is actually my greenhouse. When I shot this footage I was still finishing construction. (There are videos if you want to see more.) Behind me is an enclosed portion that I use for storage. Our roofline ended up so high that we decided to add a loft above the shed for the kids. Those handles are what we use for a ladder. This was really great in the spring when I spent so much time in my greenhouse. Then the kids could come in and hangout with me.
