I liked the facts that the background music was nice, soothing and not loud as compared to other pizza-baking videos where the host speaks too fast, does not describe the correct sequence of adding/mixing ingredients and the background music is extremely loud and boisterous. In this video, Crouton Crackerjacks even included a list of ingredients for the sauce and for the pizza, which is very useful because I was able to copy them and then go to the grocery store (HEB) and bought the ingredients for the pizza. 'Preciate it.

So I made this pizza without using a mixer. I used the handle of a wooden spoon. A tip I got from another KZbinr. My pizza came out great. Me and my family really really liked it. You was absolutely correct: It is indeed better than take-out. Will be making pizza very often

goodness! i’ve tried a few other pizza recipes but non of them turned out as amazing as this recipe! i doubled the dough ingredients and made 2 pizzas, and for the pizza sauce i followed your recipe but used all fresh ingredients and it was amazing too!!! and i made some chicken toppings from another recipe and substituted it for pepperoni. this is going to be my go to recipe for pizza from today onwards. ah and also while mixing the dough i had to add a little flour bc it was too sticky! thanks for the recipe 🥰

A while ago I was searching for pizza dough recipes and tried a few with underwhelming results. Then came this video and, man, I haven't looked back since. It's genuinely delicious and it's easy to make, even for a totally inexperienced guy like me. My oven goes up to 250*C (~480*F), so it takes around 11-12 minutes, so, people, it depends. But it's crucial that your oven is around these temperatures to get that soft-crispiness. Again, I can't congratulate you enough!

I pulled out my stand mixer and made this last night. I followed the instructions to the letter and it came out perfect! I left it in longer and kept my eye on it since I like my pizza well done. Though I make my pizza with a different recipe, stretching the dough on the pan without tossing it in the air or other fancy stuff is just great. Now I have many dough balls in the fridge and whenever I want pizza, I make it without messing up the kitchen. Thx for the great video :)

I used to do this too... Thanks for having shared this recipe. But 7 minutes for baking seem to be not long enough... I had to let about 12 minutes to get the same result and a good crust.

@@danielbeaulieu581 Yeah, you don't have to follow the timer all the way to the last second. It's best that you would judge it with your eyes, cuz I'm pretty sure each oven cooks differently a bit

Made this dough today rolled it into a square about half a cm thick. Topped with half pizza sauce and bbq sauce grated cheese and sliced deli roast pork. Rolled into a big log cut i to about 1.5cm slices and lay flat onto a tray as scrolls and they turned out amazing thanks for the recipe
