Looks brilliant! I would say the only problem i have with it is how the lenses sit on the shell. It looks a bit off. Other than that it looks perfect! Great video :)

Great tutorial! Countersinking the magnets in to foam on both the mask and the lenses will help keep the lenses flush to the mask. It always looks weird when someone's got a really nice $200 Spidey suit with their lenses popping and inch and a half off their face. Maybe it's just me. 😅

If I do this I might plasti-dip the shell so it is harder, and more stable.

Nice! How warm do you find the EVA foam to be compared to a plastic faceshell?

I found the Eva foam better because it was softer, and no sweat pile formed near the mouth/nose like in the plastic ones

Actually, plastic it's better cause with that one u don't sweat, and Eva foam don't gonna be all ways in the same shape can be deformed

Could you put the magnets that you put on the faceshell be put inside the faceshell? also would you spray paint ur faceshell

the magnets wouldn't be as strong, putting a hole and having the magnets lay flush with the faceshell and lenses would be best, and its not 100% necessary to spray the faceshell thats totally personal preference

Can this still work on cardboard? I'm just wondering because I have the foam before I start making the face shell does this work on cardboard? I can find a way to make the nose my self out of clay or wood filer but does the template work on the cardboard?

I think you should make slots in both the face-shell and the lenses for the magnets to sit in so that the lenses will sit flush with the face-shell. I hope to see an updated video on this.👍

Yeah, zz actually has a faceshell you can buy $88 with a pair of lenses I believe, it has magnets on them and all you have to do if you want more is order lenses from them, or make your own and buy magnets off Amazon
