ML Isaacs - I’ve watched at least one hundred of chef Johns videos and read through comments as well. Never seen anyone complain about his voice or anything else for that matter. The guy is loved and admired by all. Why do you make a big deal over something that is nonexistent. You’re a troublemaker.
@DS-ho2jf
@DS-ho2jf 5 жыл бұрын
@@Sussy-hotdog I usually dont reply to people but dude you can littlerly just scroll down a little into the comments section and read people say he sounds annoying, couldn't finish the video because of his voice, or questioning why he talks like that. It's not nonexistent and it's clear as day that these comments exist. obviously because his voice is distinct and unique compared to others there is always going to be people that don't like it and say it in hopes that he stops. Though I do disagree with a lot of those his voice grew on me and I oddly enjoy it, to me he just sounds happy all the time.

On the go, simplified recipe I use: - Fill water bottle - Add Lemon or Lime juice (I get the large cheap bottles of it), freshly squeezed would be nicer but trying to reduce time and had a lot of them go bad. - Pink Himalayan sea salt (two turns) Shake it up. This is what I make for my tennis matches. If I need a boost beforehand, I'll get caffine through a pre-workout, energy drink, or espresso. If I'm picking up a pre-workout, I'll consider getting a gatorade too if I didn't have time to make my own, or just for convenience. Lemon and lime are good sources of electrolytes. I would go with those and skip the orange juice, since the honey has already added sugar.

Stevia also works well as a sweetener for those who want a low sugar content option. You can also use a ratio of 2:1 stevia honey.

My wife gets occasional leg and toe cramps in the middle of the night. I'm going to make her up a batch of this fine electrolyte concoction (maybe add some potassium to it). Chef John, you always outdo yourself. I love all of your recipes. The best thing is that you create all of your culinary magic adding a good dose of your own unique humor. You never fail to make me smile. Some of the best meals I've eaten were created using your recipes. Thank you.

Actually it works so well, the master cleanse diet has almost the same ingredients, just less fancier. I use to replace maple syrup with honey, and yes cayenne is highly important due to it's detox properties like lemon.
