1. Press windows + R and type "shell:startup"
2. In this folder create a new text file.
3. Copy and paste the below text in that notepad but make sure to replace the word "theguidingtech" with your username or whatever name you want.
Dim speaks, speech
speaks="Welcome theguidingtech to your PC"
Set speech=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
speech.Speak speaks
4. Now save the file
5. Now you have to change the extension of this file. To do this, enable view extention from the view panel in windows explorer.
6. Rename it to welcome.vbs
7. Now close the window and you just have to restart your pc or laptop and as soon as the laptop or pc start ups it will say your name.
