Do you mean vertices? If you mean vertices then click "shift+right click" on every point you want to select.

Sorry for late reply. OK, so first you need to follow the tutorial for tracking the footage. Once you tracked your footage. You can download anything model from cg trader or any where else. I used burger from cg trader. It's free. I added collision physics into it. I added a plan. Then added a cloth simulations to the plan. Made the starting frame for SIM -100 and ending 250. Added some force field. Hitted bake Button. It comes out like that. I may missed some points. Sorry for that. Have a good day!
