I am probably twice your age and have worked in media production for most of my life. Rotary phones were the only phones when I was a child. The good news about A.I. is that technology has always been changing epically, and the entire ride I have heard bosses exclaim "We're gonna be out of a job with this new technology!" My advice is to never hold back on YOUR growth. Forget the pressure to abandon your own path if you enjoy it. My entire career has been as a magician. My clients don't know why my work feels better than anyone else's work, but the point is they can FEEL it anyway. You don't have to explain your path to any negative folks. Besides, they can't understand it. By diving deep into your art forever, you will always see what others can't see. A.I. can't teach them that without them knowing they can't see the details and then connections an artist sees. Use A.I. for the tedious stuff you already know how to do. A.I. is nothing new. It's another light bulb.

This is exactly what I tell my kids. AI is great at assisting me with mundane tasks (like boilerplating out a class or something), but it's not a replacement for honing your skills and becoming better in every way possible. An analog for AI is cheating on a test. Why is cheating on a test bad? Because the test is supposed to be a marker for your abilities up to that point, and what areas you need to focus on to get better. Cheating on a test robs you of the opportunity figure out how you can get better. AI is no different than a calculator. If you use it to cheat, it'll rob you. But that doesn't mean you can't use it as a tool to make things a little easier, especially when you've already grown past it in certain areas that you're using it in.

Was here 6 months ago getting absolutely amazed by seeing what other fellow 3D artists are creating, which honestly made me a bit insecure about me not working as hard as you guys. But now after 6 whole months I'm here watching it again after learning every possible thing to make a short film (scene) of my own. Brother I'm truly greatful to you for encouraging me to step of my comfort zone to learn the necessary skills n get better. Thank you Brother!! ~Fellow 3d Artists

The "is this worth it if Ai is gonna replace me?" and "is it really ok for me to use this in my world if i didn't create it?" are both things i grappled with recently learing UE5 to make games. I like how you brought them up and tried to address them.

Amazing tutorial! And I totally agree with this part at 9:15. I used to be against stock assets, but my mind has completely changed after thousands upon thousands of hours of working in 3D. The way I see it is if the scope of your project is bigger than the object(s) you're using and the object is obtained legally and credited properly (just like you did here) then there's absolutely no shame in using it! Now I only custom model the things that I know don't exist or that I know I can do better. Also, stock assets are used all the time on even the biggest productions.

i like your approach where before you begin, have a picture in your mind, take a reference, dissect them in to list before you open blender. many times most (including me) would open blender then see block and we get our brain BLOCKED. where my imagine should start, what do i need, should i start house wait no lets build environment. at the end we do get the results we are looking for if u are dedicated but at the cost of losing more time.
