This also worked for me for RadRunner 3 Plus. However, I'm in Germany and the setting wont go higher than 32. I think it's because of the 250w motor

Is that all they allow in Germany is 250W?

I'm on my third motor controller on my rad rover 6. Not a reliable e bike unfortunately.😞

I set mine to 40 km but the fastest speed ive been able to reach os 37km/hr and that was only for a few seconds. And it was a very smoooth road.

What is your motor size? I have heard the same thing from other who have the EU versions of the RadRovers.

It changes both.

No. What you see here is in kilometers when making the adjustments. Setting it to the max of 40 kph gets you 24mph.

For RadRunner EU version it doesn't works. At the display you will see max. speed 40 km/h, but E-bike EU version can ride max. 30 km/h.

When you go into the programming it is in KPH, but when you are riding it shows in MPH U.S. I dont know if they are automatically set for other countries when they are shipped though. So in the video when the display shows 32, it is in KPH. When it is saved and I ride, it shows in MPH.
