Shoulder injuries are common amongst bodyweight athletes, and with them being arguably the most important joint in all of calisthenics, it is important to ensure we have bulletproof shoulders
In today's video, we'll discuss how to improve shoulder range of motion, dealing with the rotator cuff, strengthening our external rotators and generally calisthenics-proofing our shoulders!

The shoulders being more important that the core is spot on. Core is important, yes, but shoulder strength is what allows us to do what we do

Face pulls are a game changer. Just make sure to do them with good form and remember that the hands should reach the shoulders before the elbows - otherwise you're doing a version of a row and not getting the intended rotation. For added benefit, try to keep the hands supinated. A good cue might be to think of thumbs pointing behind you (even if they're not pointing and instead gripping). Hope that makes sense.

Just depends on what you want to target. You can do facepulls with external rotation or similar to an upright row.
