I got this welding machine from STAHLWERK Schweissgeräte. This is a Pulse MIG welding machine. It also has a double pulse function. It is best used for MIG welding Aluminium. It also has a great synergic MIG function for many different materials and shielding gas. It also welds flux-core. Thw MIG welding torch is very robust and long enough to work on larger projects. I purchased the MIG 200 doppelpuls. But I can't figure out what the difference is between MIG and pulse MIG. The settings are identical. Does somebody know the difference between MIG and pulse MIG ? And could somebody confirm that the wire is also pulsing while using the double pulse setting ?

Hallo funktioniert das Gerät einwandfrei an einer 16 ampere Absicherung ? Kann das jemand beantworten….. ich hatte ein ähnliches Gerät eines anderen Anbieters da flog mir be8 mag sehr häufig und bei MIG sofort die Sicherung , während ich bei einfacheren mag Geräten keine Probleme hatte . Vg frank

Thats a well thought out machine ,,, are there controls for hot start and end in the alloy set up ,, hard to justify ewm or fronius when theres a seven year warranty too ,,, very tempted.

When you get over the badge snobbery , if its joining metal to spec at a fifth of the price wheres the issue , buy two and have a spare and your still quids in , longer warranty and better redundancy having a spare machine and still saving over 50% .. tell me how you can argue against it ? stop worrying about the name on the box and look at the results.

@@tomthompson7400 you are incredibly delusional.. fronius are definitely the best out there and they actually back it up.. name a machine where I can tack up a frame with no clamps with no distortion at all. Or the ability to weld over a thick galvanised surface with no prep work and still deliver a weld that as good as if it was cleaned. Or the fact you can run a pulse mig almost twice as fast while maintaining deposition and penetration profile while have less distortion forces than a normal pulse mig. Or welding aluminium as good as if it was tig welded? I know this because I use one !.. as far as value is concerned it’s worth every penny and I can probably pump out jobs 2-4 times quicker because of it when compared to using the machine on this video. I suggest you get your head out your arse and try different machine before you say stupid shit bud

Hallo, du stellst an deiner Schweißmaschine MIG Syncropuls ein und schweißt FE Blech? ( Stahlblech S 235 JR G0). Kurz um allgemeiner Baustahl. Wenn du an deinem Schweißgerät MIG Syncropuls einstellst dann hast du die Einstellung für Al gewählt. Somit Schweißt du in deiner Vorauswahl MIG Syncropuls zwingend AL mit dem Schutzgas Argon/bzw. Argon Helium Gemisch! In dieser Eingestellten Konstellation kannst du niemals FE schweißen, da zum schweißen von FE ein ganz anderer Zusatzwerkstoff sowie ein anderes Schutzgas verwendet werden muss!
