Sensational! Consider not letting the chocolate layer cool all the way down before you add the mousse. If there is still a little bit of warmth in the melted chocolate layer when you're adding the mousse, they'll set together and the mousse layer is less likely to separate when slicing

Love your voice, your personality on camera and your cooking skills are brilliant. Is there anything else that Graham crackers are like? Like what's their texture and flavour? For biscuit bases like that in my country we use the tennis biscuits (yummy coconut biscuits), but I would love to find something a little closer to Graham crackers without having to bake them myself lol
