Hundreds audition, but only a select group will secure spots in the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders training camp. DCC director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell oversee the intense audition process and decide which hopefuls will make the team.

@@smaree1703 Yes, he does. It's the same appropriate tableside/bedside manner you would expect from a Doctor. The Physician shouldn't immediately start touching you and the Dentist shouldn't immediately start drilling. A professional will have a conversation with you then ask if they may examine you or take a look at your concerns. According to your logic, I am a stylist so I can touch the clothes on your body, throw out anything I want from your closet, etc., without a conversation first. 🤦🏼‍♀️

The "ideal" face shape is oval so you use the hair to give the illusion of an oval. Round face? You add length and/or height and make it poker straight. Long face? Cut it at the chin so it adds width. Curl it for the same reason. Derek essentially does that by adding face framing layers xxx

Jinelle made the team and Kelli was surprised how well she showed up on the 60 yard HDTV at the stadium. She continued to earn her spot for 6 years and when she resigned Kelli and Judy tried to talk her out of it.

When a former cheerleader complained about how they weren't paid enough (her name was erica wilkins and she made headlines a few years ago because she sued them), she said that the organization paid for their first makeovers. But...the training camp candidates themselves were responsible to maintain it. Now every time I see makeovers, I feel bad for them because this one is a freebie but not for the rest of the season.

So they're just proving it is ALL about looks to them? These girls work super super hard and I bet over half don't make it cause they're "not pretty enough" it's sad. They're really talented. They say they want diversity well EVERYONE is already different so why make them feel bad about how they look? I'd feel terrible with that lady judging me. Sry I don't watch this crap it just popped up in my recommendations lol
