Last of the usable footage from the April war. I have a back catalogue of gameplay from last year and plan to release more gameplay, more regularly. Experimenting with a more stripped back approach to the Combat videos and focusing on the footage and recorded audio. Giving the minimum amount of info for the viewer to clearly understand what is going on. Also tell me what you think of the audio, can you hear a change at 3:10? The first half is recorded with binaural earbud microphones. After 3:10 is just the on camera mono mic. -Justin

Lying on my side in bed, playing on a laptop, I didn't notice the change. But then I shifted to the main computer (with studio monitors) and report the following things... Prior to 3:10 - The stereo is exciting and immersive, but I did notice the wind noise. Maybe it's a bit too wide, so I'd probably narrow the stereo field by about 50%. Or just record with X-Y mics (or, my absolute favourite, mid/side). The sound quality from the stereo mics is better. Overall - You could use a compressor to reduce the difference in level between your voice and everybody else. The filming and editing was great. Especially the desaturation when he's hit. I hope that's the sort of feedback you were after : )
