I like shiny Allana, don’t disrespect her in this manner 😂 but seriously, you look glowy, not greasy! I get doing some different stuff for photos, though... it really is an art.

I honestly think that all that spray doesn’t help with your dry skin it just gives you that illusion but when the water evaporates it actually dries your skin even more

this is ... wow i'm shookethhh!!!! 💕 i can't believe that you put just the smashbox primerizer on as your base, no glowing primer AND YOU POWDERD YOUR WHOLE FACE!! but the result is just mindblowing, you look soo incredible flawless ✨ wow, love that look to death 🔥

Oh yes, you definitely can see the difference on the photos, because those are just amazing! And you’re right, I was told by a professional mup artist that you have to powder the places where you apply bronzer or blush because it sticks better. But I love your juicy face too!

Yes!! I feel like makeup for pictures is so different from day to day life (at least for me since I am a makeup minimalist most of the time). I love when people pull back the curtain on things that look so effortless and normal to show how much effort goes into a beautiful photo. Guess I know what I’m doing tomorrow 😹

I am the same as you and usually am not a fan of powdering at all. I do the exact same thing you have started doing but I use the Hourglass ambient pressed powders with a sponge and its sooooo blurring and smooth on the skin. Highly recommend trying it with them too because I find its even less drying than the CT x

Dewy makeups are prettier to look at imo but yh the only way of getting a long lasting makeup is to powder your entire face and i found that even if at the start it can look cakey after 1 hour or 2 it looks really nice

the wonders of powder! I have super dry skin too and I find the Charlotte Tilbury powder to make me look so much older, especially under the eyes, and it felt heavy. I'd suggest using the Cover FX loose translucent powder and just dusting lightly all over the face with a fluffy brush to get that smooth, airbrushed look, but you'll also have that glowy look you like because it's got a slight sheen to it.

YOU SHOULD TRY GOT2b glue (hair gel)! YOU’LL NEVER LOOK BACK! (Yellow or black bottle) and they last forever, and you can go over it with a brow pen! Make sure to just use less than a pea sized amount. ✨

I have been doing this for years! And it’s very good esp we all now wearing a mask, just have to choose the right powder for dry skin. The luminous silk compact powder from GA is also good for this!

Maybe you should try to let the brow product dry for a few minutes before applying the brow wax. This kind of brow pen is very resistant, I think the issue is happening because you're not letting it fully dry first
@jessiel42034 жыл бұрын
My benefit microfilling pen is also clogged up and I don’t use it with wax. Believe it’s just from foundation/concealer. Not worth buying imo since I can’t use it for touch ups after the base.
