Thank you for pointing out that "ethereal" means light, airy, glimmery, translucent, etc. Every youtuber keeps complaining about how there is no depth or smokiness... that's part of the concept!!! Just like ppl complaining that Patrick Ta was monochromatic when "dimension" is meant to be monochromatic with a variety of textures, depths, formulas and finishes for layering. Words mean things. Would love a formula comparison to PT and a shade comparison with Glam! And TY for holding up the palette throughout your review.

I wasn’t going to get it, wasn’t sure if the cooler lighter mattes would show up on my tone, but after seeing how gorgeous it looks on you, plus the fact I’m so into that ethereal fairy dust look right now, I’m buying it. I have alot of warmer tone (be it classic shades of brown, purples, khaki mauves) palettes but very few neutral cool tone ones (Glam palette by ND followed by ABH Sultry, then PMG Divine Rose 1). I had contemplated this during the sale, but talked myself out of it. But then I saw it in store and now seeing some reviews, this is worth it regular or on sale. It's a workhorse color story and perfect for smoky looks or simple day-time looks too (very work friendly & evening time too). Great review & thank you for confirming it's a solid option 💗💗💗💗

Also just a thought - these might be very similar to the Natasha Denona Glam Face palette! At least in terms of the mattes, the look you made here reminds me a lot of the ones you made with the Light palette.

Would you say these new glitter shadows are similar in effect to the Fenty Diamond Bomb Veils? Is it comparable in texture and finish with the light sparkle when dispersed across the eye lid? Thanks!

I think they are! The Fenty Beauty Diamond Bombs do have more texture than the glossy shimmers in this palette, but I don’t think you would be able to visibly see the difference on the eyes.

I think it’s gorgeous but not for all skin tones. The darker you are , the less variety you are going to get. I am starting to accept that every audience is not going to be reached. However, I am sure he will on his next launch.
