Hey Elle I really hope you see this. I just learned this trick from a makeup artist and it really helps save money. With any products that come in tubes like your Laura Mercier foundation, you can just take a pair of scissors and cut the container in half. Even when you think you have finished it, theres still several days of product left. Then to store it you just fit the two pieces back together. Hope this helps. Thanks for the video! I completely agree about the mega plush mascara. I tried it two times and was really disappointed with it when I first bought it. I threw it in the back of my makeup drawer and about a month later I gave it another try and now its my favorite!

For the mega plush, ya a month after you've opened it its really good, but don't go right to the roots and zigzag like you you usually would with mascara, just do light strokes and its amazing!

im the same with foundation or bb cream mostly, a tip is to put all your last drops into an extra little container and then use it from there. its easier to get out/use in the mornings then and just more practical! :) xx

I recommend storing gel-like product like eyeliners, paint pots, concealers, etc upside down! It slows down the drying process.

Hey I use up 5 in 4 months...I apply my makeup to go to work than i wash it off and reapply if I'm going out afterwards or seeing friends. Then at weekends I usually need to apply it twice a day aswell. So it's quite easy to do! :)

ELLE, if you cut the ends of your foundation tubes, you can get the leftover product out, put it in a seperate container, and you will be suprised how many uses you can still get out of it!
