I think Miya has an introvert personality, meaning she gets her energy from within, rather than through her surroundings. She watches everything, than decides how, and if, she wants to join in. While Keira and Juliana jump right it, start reacting to what is going on before even thinking about it. They get their energy from outside themselves, more extroverted personalities.

OMG JB is so damn cute :D Reminds me of when I did my 6 year old sister's hair and she wore a princess dress and makeup, and she was so happy she stared at herself in the mirror for quite a while and posed. It's so endearing :) My mom isn't into makeup so her interest in it is totally inspired by me haha Plus Miya popping up around the corner was just SOOO cute. She looked so happy :D Your ability to work out with the little ones all over you is astounding lol

Kimprendo My old nanny who is now close to 60-years-old has no armpit hair and i asked her about it and she said never grew armpit hair even when she went through puberty. Her pits are smooth and white to this day.

I agree with the food part ,eating out is never the best choice when loosing weight but working on abs actually is!muscle helps you burn twice as much fat that's why all the beach body programs(like the one she is doing)always include some strength training in their calendar :) it should be a balance between eating healthy and working out :)
