I am LOVING the P50 (I got the PIGM 400 one) - I saw a difference almost immediately. Holy cow though it smells like death!!! 😂😂😂I knew that going into it so if it works, I don't care what it smells like! Ironically it doesn't burn the way the Tarte Knockout does on me but I feel like it's definitely showing strong results. Thank you for recommending it!!!

MR's Conceal and Define Concealer/Foundation, Conceal and Glow Foundation, and Illuminating under eye concealer are STILL favorites of mine. They seriously know how to make amazing TRUE undertones and well...all products in general. Favorite "drugstore" brand that performs high end. Their Waterproof mascara is amazing too 😁

I wore this the first time yesterday in the lightest shade which is pretty strongly pink but it's so pale it wasn't too bad! I was really happy with how it wore, looking forward to testing it more. Also heard they're going to expand the shade range and have other undertones in the fair region as well. My fingers are crossed!

@@goow yeah, it's very light as well. A good shade or two lighter than F1 in the stick (which is too dark for me). I'm on the cool yellow undertone spectrum so this one isn't a great match but I feel like it must set down a slightly different color because it doesn't look that off on. Some kind of magic, surely.

In regards to your sun spots fading, I use the murad rapid age spot and pigment lightening serum. I’m 37 and very fair, in the last few years I have had a few sun spots pop up and by using this once or twice a day to only the spot, they have disappeared each time in just 7-10 days! I love your reviews!!!!!!

I'm happy to hear this worked for you (it looks amazing 💞) because I'm also over 40 with dry skin and the same skin tone as you. I always touch, rub and blow my nose so I dont apply foundation there. What I do is use a heacy duty pore primer on it, then a full coverage concealer and several layers of powder. I also use Conceal and Define Concealer in 0.5 in my lines and it seems to hide them quite well. Thanks so much for the review. I love their Foundation Serum and the full coverage one in a tube, so I'm going to also try this and the fast base. I use #4 in everything but it's almost a little light so I'm going to get a concealer in C6 to do a bit of contouring.

I think this foundation is sooo GOOD!! It does an awesome job at smoothing and it DOESN'T sink into my smilelines, which every foundation does at some point but this one was still going strong at 12 hrs and was just starting to rub off slightly on my nose. I have dry to normal skin and I think it looked great, it didn't look dry or anything. But I did use a dewy setting spray, milani my fav. This is very pigmented too, i only need about one dunk and a half on my face for med-full coverage and then touch up certain spots. The doefoot is ok. The stopper is very tight and wipes off all product from the sides and is only in that little "well".I did find the shades don't correspond and were a little light in my opinion. As for the fast base concealer, I LOVE it!!! Now idk if it was the foundation or concealer or both together that made the smoothing effect but this concealer is my new go to. They do run dark I think. I got shade C4 and F6 and the concealer was the same shade almost as my foundation so if I want brightening I would have to get C3. But I'm so impressed. The only thing that is annoying on the concealer is the damn cap!! You get product all over the inside when u take the cap on or off and aren't super super careful.

Lol Which is why I like products that have the twist or pump that goes up or down w the product. You don't waste any. I wish more companies would use that w pumps so I don't have to use a tool to scrap the remaining product from the bottom of the container.

Hey Mary! The Thrive just arrived!! Soooooon! :-D And... I've never had a holy grail concealer, and I need a little more time with my current love to see if it really stands up to that title - but I have been loving the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Away concealer unlike any other concealer I've ever worn. I have very dry undereyes with lots of little lines and I feel like I should knock on wood or else I'll jinx it, but the CT so far... it's hard to describe. It's almost like a smooth kind of spandex under there. Like it smooths over and then moves with your skin. It's super smooth. I am also loving the new Laura Geller concealer, very smooth, but not enough coverage for me. But if you don't need as much color correction/coverage it might be great!

Damn I liked this one! The finish, performance & shade (and no oxidation!!) were all so very nice! I have & love both the Fast Base Foundation & Concealer (the FBFoundation is my best colour match in YEARS), so I was dying to see you do this one. I really think Revolution do THE best undertone thing for foundation, at least on the pale end of the spectrum (that I can get access to anyway - I'd love to try No.7, Catrice, CYO & Flower but neither UK or US retailers will ship it here) - and not just for the Fast Base F4 shade that I use - those swatches just looked so nice and not overly yellow or pink or that dreaded orange "drugstore pink". Definitely on my to-buy next time I do a Revolution order.

I go through phases where I forget about the Primerizer and every single time I reach for it and wear it, I love it and tell myself I need to wear it more regularly! The only reason it falls to the wayside for me is that I tend to go more for the blurring primers - but it layers up nicely when I use something blurring on my lines and then primerizer everywhere. I think that is going to be my new routine as we head into the drier months - primerizer base and then blurring where I need it.

I think I would probably go with the stick, because it's a little easier to get lighter coverage if that's what you want, but still totally buildable, and the convenience for travel is awesome. The liquid is pretty much always medium to full coverage - equally pretty finish, but if I had to pick one, I'd go for the flexibility.

Hi Regina! I do it after my SPF. I use SPF as the last step of my skin care (after moisturizer), and then whatever primer I use (be it a spray or a lotion-type primer) I do after the SPF has sunk into my skin. I usually do skin care, then get dressed so it all sinks in, then do makeup.

Yessssssss Jeeps rule!! I had a Jeep Liberty and I brought it to the dealer for a repair and when I pulled into the parking lot, I knew it was all over but the crying. Bummer!! I have a feeling it'll be one where if fast base works for you, this one will, and if it didn't, this one won't either (and vice versa). They're oddly similar despite the different formats.

Thanks, April! I'm liking it too! I ordered new bulbs that should be a little bit closer to daylight color and then I will be super happy. The previous lights softened my skin a little too much which isn't great when you're trying to show how products perform. And they weren't great in the evenings for my foundation wrap-ups. These are a little bit more even for day or evening.

I bought this the day it came to Ulta because the concealer was my go to before the MAC Studio Fix was launched. F1 is a good match for me because 0.5 is straight up pink. It looked beautiful except it wouldn't stay on parts of my nose and on was patchy/bunched up on one cheekbone. I need to try it again because it is beautiful everywhere else. BTW, although I live in NYC, I grew up outside of Philly and speaking of hockey...did you get a look at that sewer troll of a new mascot the Flyers have??? Gritty is a horror and some people have the nerve to compare IT to the God that is the Philly Phanatic!!

Lol on KVD. She seems to have alienated people from all sides. This foundation sounds really good. I have to admit I was influenced by a certain (cough) review, but this is the second positive review of the foundation I’ve seen. Plus I really like the concealer, and didn’t agree with that person’s review of it. And I thought the review of the eye palettes was unfair. Don’t know why I let her dissuade me from the foundation! I really like the Conceal & Define concealer too (not as big a fan of the Fast Base Concealer, but I love the Fast Base Stick foundation). I generally like MR shadows. I was a bit surprised by the harsh review you alluded to. I struggled a bit with color combos in the Wants palette the first time I used it, but it was a color theory/combo issue more than anything. Yes, the shadows could layer better without blending colors together, but at that price point, they’re better than they need to be and I haven’t had trouble with it since. So yeah - if you like the concealer I would recommend trying the foundation!

I did not like this foundation, I’m combo but I don’t have issues with dry skin but this foundation clung to dry patches I never knew I had, I tried it with different primers and still it didn’t look good, I ended up giving it to my daughter and she didn’t like it either. I’m defo going to try the stick one though, my daughter says that’s a good one too...I did notice mine had a heavy chemical scent to it, did anyone else’s smell like that?

Tati did a less than complimentary review on this, but I have to say I’m finding her advice a bit suspect these days (she was snarky and kinda bitchy about the whole brand IMO). Your new setup looks great and I think the lighting looks very natural, even compared to the daylight check in. What did you think of the concealer? Think I’m going to grab this for my 17 year old daughter, along with the stick foundation. Would you recommend either of the concealers? Hey Yvonne! The Fast Base concealer doesn’t have quite the longevity of the Conceal & Define concealer. It has slightly less coverage (though that may be what you’re looking for - it’s not meant as a bad thing). I prefer the C&D concealer but I do also prefer more coverage. The Fast Base isn’t bad but I have worn it a few times and it doesn’t last as long as the foundation. (I tend to have 12-hour expectations, though!) I added a link to the dark spot toner in the info box - it’s the Biologique ____ (I can’t remember the second word!) P50 PIGM400 Toner - I got mine at the Rescue Spa web site (they’re out of Philadelphia).

LOL Brandi I almost want to try the concealer as a foundation because I was using the concealer on no-foundation days to do a sort of more-than-spot-concealing but less-than-foundation and it totally worked on larger face surfaces than the under eye..... I wonder!!!

Geek Out of Water yes! I did this yesterday. I used it under my eyes and then spot concealed and then a little over some red areas. It worked.
