I use those Jordana foundations in my kit since I'm a beginner they're so good. They leave the skin looking so smooth. So glad to see u know about them too!! People usually like to believe if something isn't name brand it just isn't good enough.

Hi Destiny, thank you for uploading this video.I found this is the most helpful video for a MUA beginner like me. I watched millions of videos to know how I can start my kit, but most of them, they just give a very generic advice.Some of the videos I've watched they only explained what is in their kit(which are 30 minutes per videos) but not the preparation how to build or start your kit with reasonable budget. I am glad that you actually talk on beauty blenders(as I enjoy using them), on how to use it on your customers. It's really helpful. Before I say anything else, that lipstick is seriously killin' me!!!!! I absolutely need it in my life! Trying to build a freelance kit is challenging & a bit stressful, because you feel like you have to buy products for everyone from the jump, but like so said...start with your demographics. What I've been doing is purchasing products little by little in my shade to try 'em out & see how good or not good they work. To me that works better, because if someone was to ask me my opinion on it or any other question, I'm knowledgeable about it, instead of I don't know. Just seems more professional to me. Thanks for sharing.

One of my fave cream foundations that works on a lot of people is the Mehron Celebre HD foundation. Great vid by the way!

How'd you find your shade? It's not in any particular order by shade.

Amira A The shades are grouped into warm, neutrals etc. To get my shade I looked online at reviews and temptalia's foundation matrix. For eg. I saw that NC25's usually bought Warm 2 or Warm 3, and it worked out for me. Hope that helped, it really is a lovely foundation (and only $10!)
