the Hallacas look so flavourful. I love the whole process and how much effort you put to maintain the flavour

In Trinidad (literally right next to venezuela) we call them pastelles! Unfortunately I have texture issues with cornmeal so I'm not a fan but I love to see people make them. We also do olives, capers and raisins as well and most commonly use beef or chicken.

in Nigeria (in Africa) we use banana leaves to make moi moi a delicious steamed bean cake / pudding its so delicious the banana leaf reminds me of that

did you take the camera to see if the screen could be fixed ? I'm glad the monitor idea worked I'm just concerned that the monitor may be tooo heavy
