My neighbor gave us one but it don't have the bar that holds the little pouch that holds pampers but my little one is already 10 months so all she will need is the playpen but this was helpful for the middle part I had watched a video because I didn't know hoe to lock it 😂😂 I was struggling bout 15 to 20 minutes watched the other video got it up in 5 seconds 😂😂 your video helped me with the rest I was learning as you both were too 😂😂

Hello..yes they did! Maybe you should let them know and make sure where u got it.. it mentioned the hooks if they did then there missing.. cause on mine on the picture description it said it included them :) but for the most part that style it always includes them, since I researched alot those type of bags before buying hope that helps thanks for watching
