I do like the sale but there are some negative aspects. If you aren’t a card member then obviously you have to wait longer but you also have to work really hard to refresh pages a lot and monitor the items that you want until you get your size. I’ve also had several orders cancelled because if you hesitate at all, and there’s only one left, then odds are low that you will get it. Another big drawback is the lack of quality control. Whenever there is only one of an item (anytime really but especially during the NSale) there is a much higher chance of getting an item that stinks of someone else’s perfume, has makeup stains, has holes/rips/tears, spots or other imperfections, etc. It’s like they have to keep the turnover rate so high in order to get the items relisted for people to buy them that they skimp on really checking them over as part of their quality control. It’s really disappointing to fight for an item and then have it come with flaws or smells that would normally be noticed and taken care of right away with adequate quality control. Again I love the sale and will probably shop it every year until I run out of closet space lol…however it can be a really frustrating and disappointing experience for a lot of people too. Sometimes it’s even worth paying a little extra when items go back up to full price after the sale in order to have a better selection and not just get the last one of that item that may or may not be noticeably flawed.

I always look forward to your NSale videos and love all of your recommendations, but it's definitely a great sale if you're Icon or Ambassador status. By the time you get to a regular card holder, most of the good things are sold out. I tried and tried last year to get the Barefoot Dreams cardigan. It never restocked. But I'm gonna go for it again this year. Good luck to all!!

I love the miller’s too! That’s pretty much all I wear! They’re so classy and go with everything! Have just about every color- even my very first pair from years ago still look great! Very comfortable too!

Last year it was my eldest son's 10th birthday, and we were doing a Zoom party (ugh, covid) and I was bringing the cake up from our basement fridge ... I must have been in a hurry, and tripped up the stars and absolutely banged the heck outta my big toe. Same thing, seemed fine, next day I thought it was going to fall off. 😩 It was like, really? Running up the stairs!? I was in flip flops for a few weeks!
