I absolutely love this look and yes that eyeliner is a game changer. As always you look beautiful Shayla!!! I always look at your videos because idk how to not get ashy undereyes but I never found a good powder! My concealer is shapetape and it works awesome but as soon as I add powder ashy and not bright as it looks with just concealer
