She was, but it's like a meme for people to hate on her for her reasons for doing things, since it doesn't really seem like that big of a deal. I mean, aside from murdering her co-workers. Honestly, I felt that part one was rushed because it was pretty bad with it ending pretty blandly while seeming empty-handed. Makima should've been more than just "the final boss". I haven't touched part 2 yet.

I wouldn't go that far, I don't think it's a meme she is reasonably hated. She's only somewhat right in the context of what's happening in part 2, she kept the "peace" but how many innocent lives were destroyed to do so?

1:51 correct me if I’m wrong, but Fami in fact wants to preserve the human race because it has delicious food so not death she wants to kill Death but she wants human’s alive although her actions are more Morally reprehensible because she didn’t necessarily said she cares about there feelings makima is fond of human in the way we are of dogs if that’s true, she cares about their feelings and well-being to an extent fami also cares about humans, but in the same way, she cares for food they’re a means to pleasure for her and she doesn’t necessarily want them dead
